Before you tell us your wishes, we need to let you know that the trustees make the final decision about who to pay benefits to when you die. This is so any benefits can be paid free of inheritance tax (under current tax rules), but the trustees will always take your wishes into account. And because we’re all different – and life can be complicated – we’ve included space on this form in case there’s anything you think the trustees should know.
